Refund and Return Policy:

At RKT Hair Care, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase you make. In the event that you are not satisfied with a full-priced item you purchased, we offer our customer satisfaction guarantee, which allows you to return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. After your return is accepted and upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment less a 10% fee to cover shipping, handling, and stocking/restocking. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping and the amount will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Our return policy does not apply to all items. Below is a list of items that cannot be returned/exchanged and cannot be refunded:

- Sale Items

- Shipping and Handling Costs

- Items where a discount code was applied

- Subscription purchases

- International orders

Subscription Orders:

Subscriptions may be modified, paused, or canceled by emailing Cancelations need to be made before the next scheduled recurring order to avoid processing the order. Subscription orders canceled after a recurring payment is processed are ineligible for returns or refunds. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you’ll be refunded original payment or the amount of the original payment minus the cost of shipping, depending on the circumstance of the return, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

U.S. Domestic Shipping:

We aim to ship all of our orders out by the next business day. We provide free shipping for orders exceeding $50 within the U.S.  For orders below this amount, we offer 3 shipping options. Once the package is in the hands of our logistics partner, it becomes the responsibility of both the carrier and the customer. We cannot assume responsibility for any unforeseen events that may occur once the package leaves our facility. We cannot be held liable for any errors or oversights made by the third-party carrier.
